August Garden

It's still growing. We have full-sized ears of corn despite the scrubby, wind-blown plants. Joey is very excited about the corn because he planted it, he helps me "unzip" it, and then he gets to eat it with "corn pokies" on the end.


The broccoli is going nuts-- after the main heads were harvested the smaller side ones just keep on coming.

My late-blooming tomatoes are Almost there!


And beans never have any problem being prolific.
